Claims & Returns

Missing Items:

If an item is missing from your delivery, please e-mail: office@sidneywholesale.co.uk within 3 working days. 

Please include in your e-mail: Invoice Number, Customer Name and Account Number, Product Name, Product Code, Quantity Missing.  If you include all this in your e-mail, it will speed up the process.  

Incorrect Products Supplied:

All our products and orders are barcode scanned whilst being packaged, so errors are kept to the absolute minimum.  However, on the rare occasion when you may receive the incorrect product, please e-mail: office@sidneywholesale.co.uk within 3 working days and we will organise for a replacement, credit or refund (as appropriate) to be issued. 

Please include in your e-mail: Invoice Number, Customer Name and Account Number, Product Name, Product Code and Quantity Affected.  If you include all this in your e-mail, it will speed up the process.

Returns:

All returns will require a returns code before they can be returned to us.  Please e-mail: office@sidneywholesale.co.uk within 3 working days and we will provide you with a returns code.  No returns codes will be issued after 3 working days. 

Please include in your e-mail: Invoice Number, Customer Name and Account Number, Product Name, Product Code, Quantity To Return, Reason For Return.  If you include all this in your e-mail, it will speed up the process. 

All returns must be sent in their original packaging and in the same condition that they were delivered to you. 

Damages and Short Dated/Expired Stock:

On the rare occasion when you may receive a damaged or short dated/expired product, please e-mail: office@sidneywholesale.co.uk within 3 working days and we will organise for a replacement, credit or refund (as appropriate) to be issued. 

Please include in your e-mail: Invoice Number, Customer Name and Account Number, Product Name, Product Code, Quantity Affected and Images of the damage.  If you include all this in your e-mail, it will speed up the process.
