Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders are only accepted on the understanding that the customer has read and understood these terms & conditions fully.
  2. These Terms & Conditions may change at any time.
  3. We only supply to Trade Customers.
  4. We do not supply platform-only businesses (e.g. Amazon-only businesses).
  5. All prices exclude VAT.
  6. All products are sold subject to availability.  Unavailable products will be credited/refunded.  
  7. All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.  We do not offer credit facilities.  
  8. All proforma orders must be paid within 3 working days of receipt of proforma invoice. After this, unpaid orders will be cancelled. 
  9. Goods remain the property of Bertram Retail Ltd until paid for in full.
  10. The goods shall remain the property of Bertram Retail Ltd, but the risk therein and all liability to third parties shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery.
  11. Bertram Retail Ltd shall be entitled to recover goods if payment for the goods or any other debt due to the seller in respect of supplies of goods is overdue for payment.
  12. Unpaid accounts will be pursued through the courts.
  13. All prices are subject to change without notice.  Products will be charged at the price displayed on the Order Portal at the time of ordering.  
  14. It is the buyer's responsibility to check all proforma invoices and order confirmations are correct before making payment.  Changes cannot be made to orders after payment has been made.  
  15. Claims for shortages and breakages/damages must be made in writing within three working days of receipt of goods. No claims will be authorised after this. 
  16. Returns will not be accepted unless due to an error by Bertram Retail Ltd, or in the case of damages.  
  17. Any unauthorised returns, or returns that fall outwith our standard returns terms, will incur a minimum 10% surcharge of the value of the return, and will only be credited to the buyer's account.  We do not offer refunds for unauthorised returns or returns that fall outwith our standard returns terms.  
  18. The customer will not be entitled to withhold payment of any monies due to Bertram Retail Ltd, in respect of any claims. These will be dealt with separately. 
  19. All images are for illustrative purposes only.  Packaging may vary as manufacturers change them and we do not accept returns for differing packaging.  
  20. All products and offers are subject to stock availability, even where products state in stock.  Any shortages or stock unavailable will be refunded/credited at the point of dispatch.  
  21. Prices shown are in UK Pound Sterling.
  22. RRPs shown are for guidance only. It is at the retailer’s discretion to set their own retail price and margin. 
  23. Bertram Retail Ltd will not accept cancellations of orders due to late fulfilment until a full working week after the estimated dispatch dates.
